BBSO Solar Activity Report 21-JAN-2010 19:37:05 UT
Solar activity is high. Region NOAA 11041 has produced numerous M- and C-class flares. However, it appears to now be in decay phase, so further activity should be reduced. An M-class event is still possible and C-class activity should continue.

Please note that due to technical problems with our alert system the BBSO Activity Warning system is not functioning. Otherwise a warning would have been sent. We expect the system to be up again by next week.
